Use of this Web site, http://www.allianceforcre.org/, owned by The Alliance for Continuing Rabbinic Education ("ACRE") and all pages in this domain (together, the "ACRE Site"), constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"). THE ACRE WEB SITE. All ACRE Site content, with the exclusion of hyperlinks and third-party materials, is the property of ACRE and/or its affiliates, licensors or assigns, and is protected without limitation, pursuant to United States and foreign copyright and trademark laws. The ACRE Site is provided as a resource for communicating with ACRE members and other individuals interested in ACRE's mission. The ACRE Site may contain chat rooms, bulletin boards or other message or communications facilities. All links to the ACRE Site must appear as hypertext, without use of ACRE's logos unless otherwise authorized by ACRE (a hyperlink is a tool that allows an end user to be connected to a different Web page or Web site simply by clicking on the hyperlink). Do not use a hyperlink to present work created by ACRE as your own. Without ACRE's advance written consent, third parties may not hyperlink to the ACRE Site, or other ACRE Web sites unless clear and unmistakable notice is provided to the end user that it is exiting the third-party Web site and entering ACRE's Web site.
