The Oraita retreats are designed to allow rabbis to set aside their daily tasks and concerns in order to engage in intensive text study through bet midrash-style learning and presentations by Oraita faculty, and to deepen connections with colleagues. Evening activities during the retreat include programs on the arts and other areas of life. The subsequent online program extends for six weeks with videos audios and reading materials provided by the faculty and with active participation via e-mail discussion of all participants. Oraita also offers enrichment session in Boston - four sessions every semester for local rabbis and online for rabbis that cannot attend to classes in-person.
