More Target Population Information
Participants must currently work in a congregation, parish, masjid, or religious community and must have at least two years of congregational experience
Participants will enhance their proficiency in pastoral work with individuals and families. In addition, they will explore how to foster communities where pastoral needs are addressed through everyday experiences such as prayer and sermons, and in everyday settings such as committee meetings, "parking lot" conversations, and office visits. Participants are given many opportunities to examine the nuances of their own faith and practice in dialogue with others who have different perspectives.
