Description
The one-year program, which includes retreats and a "webinar" platform for learning, offers midcareer rabbis ways to re-energize their dreams and lead their communities with greater impact. Throughout the program, rabbis take time from their busy lives to reflect on how to become more visionary leaders, how to effect change positively and realize their dreams with their community, and how to communicate their big ideas authentically and effectively to their own congregation and beyond.
