The strength of the Rabbinic Training Institute lies in its ability to draw leading scholars and thinkers. Its purpose is to provide serious learning with world-renowned scholars, focus on practical skills in a developing rabbinate, and discuss spiritual issues that face practicing rabbis. The morning sessions have attracted the brightest and most engaging minds from Judaism, matched by Fortune 500 consultants and leadership coaches during the afternoon session. The evening sessions are what many of the participants find most valuable, focusing on current issues in their rabbinates. In these smaller groups, the participants can engage each other as well as the professional facilitator to focus their thinking and decision making on how to manage present issues in their rabbinate.
