The CCAR Rabbis Preparing to be Religious Leaders program consists of three tracks:

• Mentoring Program: Transformative three-year program required for newly ordained rabbis transitioning from student life into the complex field of the rabbinate. Each works one-on-one with a veteran volunteer colleague.
• Coaching for Rabbis: Professional and executive coaching providing management and organizational skills focused on rabbis beginning to work in solo settings or new pulpits following assistantships.
• Interim Training for Rabbis: Specialized training in skill sets for working in congregations undergoing significant change and/or crisis to bring healing and health through the transition. Intensive seminar.
